Go to your own gym. What if you break up with this chick? Then you'd have to go through the hassle of changing gyms. Hoe's gonna hoe regardless if you're there or not. If she wanted to cheat, she could easily DM him and fuck him any place, any time.

Baby sitting won't stop anyone from cheating. If anything, it'll force them to be more creative.

Let me get this straight. You're stressing because your girlfriend may or may not go to the gym that she's never been to where her ex-boyfriend works out? Why are you coming up with scenarios in your head and stressing about the stuff. Abundance mentality. You need to bad bro .

A lot of guys have correctly stated to go to your gym. You mentioned it's where your buddies go too. I personally make more gains with a regular friend to work out with. You push each other, you can jockey the same equipment, use each other's rep time for your rep time shrinking recovery times, but most importantly you have a spotter there who is your bro. I have two fake front teeth because I didn't have a spotter and went to do bench press alone (I was late teens) and wound up dropping the bar onto my mouth, shattering my teeth. It was not fun or cheap. Edit: also your girl knows this is out of the way. If you want to pedestalize this chick and work in HER frame, by all means....

I honestly could care less about working out with girls. If you're going for gains, they're a distraction and time suck. Loading and unloading plates on a bar gets old, especially if you're working a 5x5 routine. The only benefit I would see is if this chick could help with preselection, but that's if she's cool and won't narc to your girl that you're adding lady plates to your repertoire. You could casually mention that XYZ chick was there after the fact of dread is your end game, but I wouldn't set up this girl as a workout buddy. Your gains will cause enough dread; muscles give tingles and if she's getting them other chicks are too. Again, having your buddies around can enhance status in the gym. I'm not a meat head, and don't really train at a traditional gym much anymore (I'm at a crossfit/mma gym now) but when I go to a traditional gym, the guys who roll 3-4 dudes deep always get attention from the girls. It's amazing to watch on the red pill.
