I've been single for about 6 months now, and have recently got back into the gym and started trying to pursue some hobbies. As I've been doing that I've periodically asked out some women that I see on a regular basis, work, college, etc. I get get numbers, but it doesn't go any further from there. Not a big deal to me, but when I see them and try to engage in conversation later on, they either ignore me or are just very stand off ish. It's like I gave them an STD or something when all I did was try to arrange a date. How should I handle these situations, should I just not try to speak with them at all?
