Look at the context, is at a club? She doesn't like you if she say it immediately. Is at a random place? Maybe is true or she doesn't like you. Is it someone you have hang out for a while and feel some chemistry and suddenly drop the line? Could be true, but it is also a way to feel herself better

In my experience, hot and quality women are never single, does not mean they are not available. That also does not mean they will cheat on their BF. But the possibility of branch swinging is always there. Girls will say it just because they are vetting the risk, if a guy move away means he is not interested enougj for her to leave her relationship. Could also be she is happy in her relationship but likes you as well. Don't wait for girls or put too much energy, but things can always change.
