To make a long story short, I accepted an offer for a better position at my job. It'll be better pay and I'll enjoy it a lot more than my current position. The only slight problem is I'll have to interact with an old plate who I am not on the best terms with - and interact a lot. What's the best way to proceed? Should I just ignore her as much as I can, or try to salvage some type of working relationship with this girl?
