I read the sidebar I already said if things don't work out then I'm good. Lol, just because I'm a little bummed out because a great date with a dope girl turns into a shit show.

The only somewhat decent advice is lifting. Which I do and I'm very impressed with my results thus far, about 2.5yrs lifting.

It sounds like you already know what you need to do, and that’s to move on. Sure, her brother is cool with it now, but she’s changed her mind. Friend zone her, and if brother dear asks what happened, simply tell him what happened.
If she shows interest in the future, you can consider her again, but I wouldn’t put my money on it. Your best bet is to move on.
EDIT: To add on: she’s been distant and dry, so respond accordingly and equally. Again, she wants to be just friends, that’s her loss, not yours. If her feelings are still legit, she’ll come around and start demanding attention from you. If not, again, her loss, not yours.
