I'll keep it brief.

I'm 21, halfway through my engineering degree, and I just started a new job at a hardware store 5 mins away. I get paid about 3 bucks more per hour than minimum wage, and I'm now making more than I ever have at another job, by far.

At the store, I'm a "carry-out" meaning when I'm not pushing 10 shopping carts up a hill, I'm helping to load refrigerators and other heavy, awkward things all day. The job is a bit too intensive for me, or at least more than I'm used to physically, but I want to stick it out.

There are 3 female co-managers in my departments (they manage cashiers and my fellow carry-outs.) They're virtually always stressed, which I understand. However, I genuinely believe they disrespect me and expect me to be superman. No I'm not the only carry-out, so I'm not alone out there. But this job pays really well, it's super convenient, and it will definitely help pay for college.

What should I do?

Obviously I'd prefer to keep this job. However, I don't want to be a pushover. The fact that they're NOT male means they're NOT rational, reality check. I don't think TRP would want me to allow myself to be openly disrespected. I bust ass out there.
