I having been dating a suitor that's asked me for my hand in marriage. He seems quite serious but he rarely speaks to me or engages in meaningful conversation.

I dismiss his proposal as "fun" talking points.

He professed his love numerous times.

What's a girl to think with words not matching behavior?
