Today I wake up to a wall of text about how her life is a mess and this and that and how she seems to think I want a relationship which she doesn't want and a lot of "I'm sorry" crap. It does look like she put some time into making this apology though.

I can't seem to get these right. How do I respond?

The current plan is to stay silent until the end of the weekend no matter what else she says, then hit her about something totally random. I'm not sure how to react if she says "did you read what I said" though.

Fwiw her social media recently does not reflect her being any sort of depressed mess so I'm sure she's not in that rough of shape.
