Hello asktrp,

I am having some issues regarding my mother recently she has been very active regarding phoney holistic health ideas. She has been purchasing very useless but expensive machines, and has been giving me a lot of supplements which I believe she doesn't understand such as P-5-P and altering the dosage based on what she believes. I have tried talking to her about it but all she does is shout at me and threaten me. Holding my frame has not helped. I love her and I know we only have one parent but I have no idea what to do any advice is appreciated.
