Do you think they would be late if they had to meet Brad Pitt? No. If they're late they either 1) don't care to much about you or 2) are genuinely running late (stuck in traffic etc.), in this case most will text you that they're late and apologise if they care about you.

If they flake, don't ever initiate conversion with them. If they're interested afterwards, let them come to you. If my date was 30 minutes late I would personally have left before she showed up. Not sitting there for 30 minutes and waiting.

High value people don't have to confront I don't think. Confrontation is similar to the complaint process with employer-employee communications, or Government-governed communications. If an employee fucks up the employer can just fire them. Key word can. If a company fucks up the employee can file a complaint and or a law suit. Regardless, the company does not need any one employee. But most employees need their company. A person who is or considers them self high value sees most or all people in their life through this lens.

Consider how powerful it would be to not need any one plate, or any one job or any one person. You only pursue those things which you consider to be worthy, according to your own constitution, drive and ambition. It makes you untouchable.

No I don’t call them out. I don’t look for lies these days. I just don’t care. Usually I’m the one who’s late. But if a girl was beyond reasonably late I would just leave and do something else.

if a girl flakes with no reschedule opportunity I just delete their number. They clearly weren't interested so whatever.

It makes zero difference (for your life) what you tell her because you’re not supposed to ever meet up with her after she flakes anyways
