Hello Everyone.

Background: (Disclaimer: I have lots of questions, please answer whatever you feel inclined to)

I'm a 23 year old male that got into The Red Pill a couple of years ago. At the time I didn't understand exactly what to do with the information, as a lot of it was theory and not application (or I'm just a mong). Of course, I had almost no success with women. Fast forward to about 5 months ago and I discovered Coach Corey Wayne, Mark Manson, W. Anton, David Dieda, Rollo Tomassi, Dale Carnegie and Patrice O'Neal. Since then I've read all of their books multiple times (Corey Wane's 13 times) and listened to hundreds of hours of audio and video.

When I was dating in highschool I was naturally flirty, good at teasing and understood scarcity (somehow). However, like many of you, I rapidly became beta/needy once emotional invested (emotionally raised by a single-mom). Regardless, both of my long term relationships lasted a year and both girls fell in love with me. However at the age of 20 I moved to a new town. Since then I dropped off massively in my skills. I still have it in me naturally as it's just part of personality, but have to re-cultivate it. I have had zero action since then.

I currently just moved in with my bestfriend in another new town, haven't had sex in 3 years and am currently shy around both genders (grew up with an abusive father and haven't had much human contact since 20). After 5 months of intensive learning I'm about to go out and get the kind of women and friends I want for the first time in 3 years. I know what to do for the most part in somewhat of a linear progression (eye-contact, ask questions, conversations, flirting, numbers, direct dates, multi-dates, the kiss-test, sex, dominant sexuality, shit test, last minute resistance, scarcity, staying off the phone, body language reading, communication skills, hyper-gamy, the wall, the feminine imperative, polarity, masculine and feminine energy, my increasing SMV don't talk about the red pill, etc).

You get the idea. I've done more than my fair share or research and will continue doing so daily. Also, due to a massive paradigm shift inside of me in the last 5 months, I have little fear of surface level rejection.

I'm not starting from ground zero but I would REALLY like some advice. I'm breaking-beta and about to throw myself into the adult-jungle full force.

My questions are as follows

  1. How do I maintain my non-neediness when I'm so freshly red-pulled/unplugged? When you guys were first starting how did you keep from becoming anxious and failing shit test? Or am I bound to make many mistakes at part of the action phase of the learning process?

  2. How do I reconnect with men? Has anyone on here ever dealt with shyness around men because of an abusive father? It isn't a literal fear but more of a mild anxiety and social disconnect. It isn't terrible but I would like to make some friends.

  3. If I'm with a girl and I display shyness towards men do I automatically go to the bottom of the food chain despite what I know about the zen-like Alpha mindset?

  4. What are some major red-flags to watch out for in women? Have you noticed certain personality traits and relationship behaviors with high n-count women? I'm going to non-exclusive, spin plates and let them ask for relationships. However, I'm repulsed by vapid party-girl types and have an almost visceral response to stay away from highly promiscuous women.

  5. How do I keep from dating a girl who got Alpha Widowed? My first girlfriend back in highschool had multiple alpha's in her past and it was absolutely awful thing for a teenage virgin to hear about. It wouldn't bother me as much now but it's certainly not preferable.

  6. Mark Manson said it's good to show your vulnerabilities on dates. That doesn't translate to weeping in your salad. Rather he means be honest about emotional hardships and the like. This seems genuine rather than being try-hard. Experience in this?

  7. At some point in an inevitable relationship when a girl ask, how do I tell her about my 3 year dry spell without her vagina going completely dry? How do women typically take this? The truth is I was trying to find myself as a man, but I would like to know what I'm in for response wise.

  8. Is it proper to lightly touch a girl before she touches you. Corey Wayne advises waiting until she touches you first to show interest?

  9. How much do demographics matter when finding women? I'm introverted, conservative, athletic and well-read so would it be advisable to go someplace where the women have those qualities? I don't mean a certain town, what sort of venue?

For anyone who answers a sincere thank you. I truly appreciate the help.
