Backstory: Been together with a girl for 6 months. A classmate of her has asked her out during this time, and are probably still into her, eventhough he knows shes not single. Probably got oneitis. She has ofcourse declined but they still meet several times a week with lectures and soforth. This classmate is lower than me in SMW/status and soforth, a clear case. In the beginning she handled this quite bad, shittesting me with "his interest" and so on. She has however clearly improved and she atleast says that he is less into her now.

Question: I have been on TheRedPill for more than two years. I know the basics, and I know that I might have compromised some of the teachings here as Im still together with this girl. My question however is, how do I maintain frame/show abundance/show that im higher value than him while still setting boundaries and expressing that her not being clear with him will not be tolerated at all?

Feels that, according to TRP, if im expressing my concern over him and the whole ordeal and being more clear with my boundaries in this case, his value will be raised to mine? She will then clearly see that I see him as a threat

Hope you see what I mean with the contradiction between holding frame and still being able to get angry with her and really showing what I consider to be okay and not okay.

Furthermore, when me and my girl have spoke about this situation, I get the picture that my effort to show abundance, not being phased by him has not worked according to what TRP means it should. Instead it honestly seems that she will not see me being angry as losing frame, loosing value.
