It's bad because ...

1 - It shows scarcity... Go fuck somebody who you haven't already been with.

2 - You can never treat them purely as a plate because you obviously have feelings for them.

Women want closure to continue to believe that it isn’t their fault and that they are still desirable by men. By continuing to sleep with her, she is lead to think that it’s all on you, and that you have started to turn around your opinion about her. Now she can freely drop you at any time and enjoy the ego boost.

This is only a problem if you lack abundance. If she is nothing more than a plate, and you have more options, then so what. Enjoy it while it lasts but don’t get attached again or she’ll try to take advantage of your emotions.

It's an optics thing. IMO it's only bad if people know. It looks like you didn't learn your lesson and lowers your relative SMV.

Also, who broke up with who? If you broke up with her it's not nearly as bad because there should be little fear of beta backsliding.

Every situation is different. If spinning her works for you, keep enjoying her body, but don't develop feelings for her. Maintain your power and control.
