So there's this girl who has become one of my plates a few weeks ago. We regularly hookup and she seems kind of into me. And for the most part, she is compliant with what I say. So during the day I tell her that I'm busy until later tonight and that we should do something and she said she has no plans and agreed. It was really never concrete I guess.

Two hours before I text her just saying what is up pretty much to let her know that the time is coming soon. 30ish minutes prior to the time I gave that we should do something (not the time to meet up or anything but that's the time I wanted to do something at), she said she was busy. I later texted "Flake" (not sure if I should've let it be and soft nexted). She texts me an hour later saying how we never made actual plans and texts me again saying someone took her out to dinner.

Should I just ignore what she said and tell her to come over? Should I act interested and just A&A and find out about the date and drop it? Or should I soft next? I feel like it's a shit test because she didn't have to tell me what she did but did anyways. Maybe she wants me to make a relationship? What should I do in this situation?
