In all seriousness, here are some party hostel tips: You can fuck in toilets and showers. Generally no one cares if you go at it in a big shared room as long as you get it over with. Find out their policy about guests/hours (so if you pickup outside the hostel, you know your options).

Talk to everyone early on in the day before little cliques form. Easier to make friends this way. (Also, look for girls that are left out of the groups because of that, and they'll be glad someone opened them. You can then introduce them to others like a boss. Actually that in itself is good advice. Get in the habit of meeting someone then later introducing them to others / telling them something you learned about them.) Talk to guys and take a genuine interest in the people you meet. If you form little friendships, that may remove some competition too. Also, it's just generally good to meet people you can do cool shit with.

Depends what kind of hostel you go to.

Some are party oriented, in which case you can fuck in temporarily private public spaces, like bathrooms and showers, but you need to be quick about it as a courtesy.

Some are slower, sleepier, filled with couples. No chance in getting some ass there, but useful to find people to do trips with.
