Hi guys. I'm 18 years old trying to change my life but my old habits are stronger than me. I'm finishing high school in a month and I've got finals to study for - but I keep procrastinating. I have approach anxiety and I want to conquer it and approach random people on the street to expand my comfort zone, but I just keep sitting at home procrastinating. I decide I'm going to start meditating - I meditate for 2 days, then it disappears and I don't meditate until the next motivation spike. I want to be an entrepreneur but waste my time reading useless unpractical stuff instead of actually putting in work.

I guess you got the idea. I want to commit to a 30 day challenge where I do all those things without procrastinating, hell even being aware of the challenge and not forget that I'm on it. I want to take action! If you guys could give me any tips on how can I commit to such a challenge, I'd really appreciate it.

To all the 'just lift' advice givers out there - I've been lifting for 6 months and loving it, so that's already checked. Been doing cold showers for more than a year now, but the water is not so cold in my country so It's not that much of a comfort zone killer anymore (just for the first 5 seconds)

I REALLY WANT TO CHANGE MY LIFE AND LIVE UP TO MY POTENTIAL. PLEASE HELP ME
