The pedo-stach needs to go. Keep the beard stubble though. You have great hair. Consider getting some frames - I think you would kill it even using an offbrand. Get a tan.

you need to know your strengths of the look from your face

your hair needs to fit your face shape. your eye browns need to be trimmed. how strong is your growth of beard?
