Practice. Most men when they masturbate tend to actually try and cum quickly. This is a really bad habit.

When you masturbate work up close to orgasm then stop. As soon as the urge passes start again. Keep this up for at least twenty minutes. As time goes on you'll learn to control your orgasm.
