Alpha males don't have fucking time to worry about shrubs so they don't notice when one does something stupid or "disrespectful".

Depends if they did it on purpose or not. If it was an accident you just have to let it go and take the high road, but if they did it on purpose you can either do the same thing he did to you but slightly worse (maybe rip his paper into shreds), or if he has some good things you can destroy his self esteem with (fat, ugly) you can annihilate him with words.

Don't tolerate intended disrespect.

Thing is, why would you avoid getting violent? Just lift and get big enough to have that "threatening" presence. It helps if you don't want to get physical, as most people will be too intimidated to disrespect you.

Although in my book, there are just lines that, if crossed, warrant a beating. It's up to you where you draw them.

I had an experience once where a dude in my class touched my food while I am eating. He ran when he saw that I was not amused. I caught up to him and delivered blows to his belly as people try to break our clinch. We became drinking buddies after.

Is this an "Alpha" moment to you? I think people would not fuck with you in the first place if you're 100% Alpha Chad Gorilla, and that's what you're aiming for right? So yeah, just lift and get big.

Edit: Get to a point where intended disrespect doesn't happen to you anymore.
