Stoicism is good for some people (when I started my redpill journey, I talked too much and was really frigidity). After applying stoicism into my life it brought me down to a more "normal" level. Do not confuse stoicism with being boring. A redpill man needs to still be charismatic and outgoing. Still be the rock who is unmovable in your convictions but also have fun! Be funny and make good jobs. Lead the conversations in social settings.

Stoic != being a statue.

Stoicism is a philosophy and not a behavioural pattern, although it might result in certain behaviour. Simplified, if you are stoic, you just accept that there are things which are beyond your control and instead of letting yourself be affected by those things, you focus on things you are able to change.
