Your anxiety is probably coming from fear you might have to interact with her. Quick tip, talk to her like she's a crotchy old annoying grandma type neighbor that you're forced to interact with on occasions. That will communicate a covert "I don't think about or care about you" attitude; which will piss her off.

Damn, that's a lot of make believe fantasy you got going through your head and you haven't even reached the classroom!

Lesson for life here. Don't believe the scenarios that play out in your mind when you are fearful of a situation. They are all bullshit.

Reality will be completely different from what you have imagined, if you dismiss your imaginings.

Better yet. Imagine all the ways you are going to avoid being concerned about her presence. Feel the emotion of being happy about ignoring her. Now that is powerful. But even this is a trap. You can't believe this imagining either.

The best scenario. Go into the class with zero expectation and you're eyes open and your ears listening being simply aware of what you are here to do in this moment of time. Now you are in the groove.

Every now and again, in my life, I like to do a spot check. I ask myself these questions. Where am I in the world? What time is it? What am I doing in this place? It's like a GPS for the psyche. I fix my position in time and space and once you know where you are, you can navigate to where you want to be, or simply realize that this is where you are meant to be.

If you sit in that classroom believing you are some mind reading wonder who can telepathically sense that everybody is hating on you and knows your darkest secrets, you have fucked up. Nobody cares about your problems. They are too busy thinking about their own shit.
