People who generate passive income usually work really really hard to even get there. Unless you have some talent. Even then it takes real time effort. You sound like somebody who doesn't know where money come from.

I make "passive" income with real estate: rent a whole apartment then rent the rooms one by one to students/workers.

I once had 2 apartments but it wasn't passive enough (tenants couldn't change a light bulb themselves) so I cut it down to one. It's more like pocket money though.
