We all have regrets. And there's a lot of advice (often rooted in stoicism) for getting over them which usually goes something like "there's no changing the past, you can only affect the future, blah blah, etc, etc"
IMHO, not all regrets have the same gravity. Some are heavier than others. It's the lightweight regrets that are easy to overcome with general stoic advice.
But there are a small handful of regrets that really weigh down and get me frustrated when I think about them. I want to pound my fist into the table or whatever. These are the tough ones. How do I get over them?
(and does anyone else experience this too?)
