Dude I have the exact same question can any body just lay out the basic way to escalate to having a plate?

Well this is the basics of the basics:

See a cute/fun/bangable girl
Talk to said girl
Build rapport & kino
Start kissing
Take her back to your place and fuk

For type of game, figure out what works best for you personally and what is easiest in your location. Personally I hate club gaming but it's not a problem since I have a massive social life I always meet new women in a casual social setting, which works best for me.

Parties are different because of the social circle factor. On the plus side, you have some social proof going for you just by being invited to the party. The downside of this is that whatever happens between you and a girl at the party, there is a good chance her entire social circle will find out about it. You also likely share friends, know the same people, etc.

Girls in this situation are going to act less slutty and be more inclined to expect a relationship, versus some girl you meet on Tinder who can do whatever she wants without anyone she knows ever finding out.

A plate is just a girl who you see semi-regularly and have casual sex with. So the first step is meeting her, either at a party, bar, on the street, or via an online dating site or app. The next step is having sex with her. Sometimes you can get to this immediately if you meet her at a party or bar, she is very attracted to you and also on the loose side. In many cases you will need to ask her out on a date to build more comfort. At the very most you should be getting some serious action by the third date, ideally before that. The final step to solidifying her plate status is to make sure it is 100% clear that the arrangement is entirely casual and is not heading towards a relationship.

Pretty easy - bang a girl, then don't get intimate with her, don't text her any x's don't spoon her at night, just bang her. Arrange to meet her again a week or so later; rinse and repeat; no real dates, no meeting friends or parents. I find, that if you never introduce them to any concepts apart from having sex, they are less inclined to associate you with anything else.

Also, this is difficult, don't talk to them much. When you're lying in bed after you've banged, sometimes the temptation is to have a real conversation about your lives, up-bringing etc. don't. Just put you clothes on, give her a kiss on the forehead, say "good girl" and leave. Rinse and repeat. That reminds me, only use text for logistics to bang.

Simple. Be social, meet people, build attraction, get numbers and pursue women. It's not as complicated as you're making it.
