Will be starting a degree at a campus in a week. And while I'm looking forward to new opportunities I've noticed that I've got this mindset of inferiority around dudes that are good looking/taller, etc.

Like I have a few friends who will also be going and they're all like 6'-6'2" and some of them have have started lifting with me.(I'm 5'6"). And I'm happy for them. But I've noticed when I'm around them or knowing there'll be dudes bigger than me and better looking than me I worry way too damn much about not getting any.

It's a shit mindset to have with or without involving getting laid.

For what it's worth I have been lifting pretty consistently for the past 3 months 3-4 days a week. Only missing out maybe a day or two. I'm starting to see progress and it has done wonders for my confidence which used to just straight up not exist.

So how do I focus more on myself and getting shit done without worrying too much?

Edit: To clarify I'm not blackpilled or an incel or anything. I'm not trying to be a victim or say how unfair it is. But I don't want to be slipping up into that territory either
