Know your feelings and your hormones and control them. What you're feeling sounds like limerance.

Ask yourself, 'would I do this/act this way' if I wasn't wallowing in limerance? This will separate the 'stupid' you from the less stupid you.

When you go through this enough times you'll be able to easily mitigate its effects. Life experience.

Remember that AWALT, there are no unicorns and dont put her on a pedestal. If you put her on a pedestal you automatically get into scarcity mentality.
