You need a body trimmer. I wouldn't use a razor because you're more prone to nicks and ingrown hairs.

Bro you don't want to razer that shit. It's easy to easy to Nick yourself which sucks, but also when it's growing back it gets hella sandpaper-y. Also itchy and irritated in the in-between phases.

Just use a trimmer with a guard and tame that shit. It doesn't need to be baby smooth. Baby smooth is too much upkeep. And the bitches don't really care that much.

Put the razor to it and see how you like it. Nicking isn't that much of a risk; the inevitable irritation, ingrown hairs, and sandpaper texture within a few days will probably be the deciding factor for you.
