That’s called having no sense of self-worth and basing your esteem on a sense of acceptance. Usually instilled into you by a weak or absent father figure.

You’re using women as a means to make you feel you are worthy of being a man.

In order to fix this issue you need to step the fuck back and build up a sense of self worth.

Hit the gym. Find a mission. Build your confidence... not just in your specific abilities, but in you. Learn who you are by putting yourself into the shitter and back. Find a purpose and fulfill it to the best of your abilities.

Understand that the opinion of women and those around you does not mean jack shit and does not matter in the long run. You must internalize this.

Whats helped me is watching my behavior and see if that behavior comes from childhood when you spend nice time with your mother like for example doing stupid shit with the intention that you will get attention and get called out, after that i studied that and while it was good when i was younger i can point out yeah its time to move on and not repeat those behaviors.

If women and fucking are what give you validation then it means you have no identified goals or mission in your life that you're actively working towards or don't care enough about.

If you're goal is to get rich, that is not a goal. Be specific. What can you do to get rich, how will you do it, and then actually do it.
