Semen retention makes you more sensitive to dopamine which means you’ll be more social and motivated. Honestly somebody could do it with no red pill knowledge and still notice a sudden improvement in their game. There’s only so much you can learn by looking at forums all day, you think real life alpha’s spend all day, everyday on their computer revising red pill theory? No. Use it sparingly, once you understand the principles like frame control, abundance mentality etc you’re good to go and just need this sub to brush up.

I’d recommend you lift, which you should have already started doing and semen retention. The only time you should be cumming is with the help of a girl. This sort of shit will have a significant benefit on your life, much more than you scouring this sub for hours.
