Richard la Ruina has a great video on speaking to groups of girls. Essentially, talk to theach whole group to get her friends to like you so that you won't get cockblocked, then start talking to the girl you want to isolate and let the others start their own conversation.
Remember that the most important part is that her friends like you, or they'll make it hell for you. We've all been there.
