Read lots of red pill blogs / forums, figure out what beliefs complements your world view. Internalize those and go from there.

You won't always make "red-pill decisions", but you'll at least be able to reflect back into your life and understand why things happen, from a red pill lense.

Judging from the comments of most posts 90% of the people here have no idea what they are doing. In order to practice something you have to first understand it.

My advice is to Skype your favorite Endorsed Contributor.
