This guy doesn't understand how markets work. Using the same tactics, we can drive down the price of [insert and product] if we collectively refuse to pay a certain amount for that product.

You're right, VPs dating cashiers may be a bit extreme, the more realistic example would be sales directors dating graphics designers, operation managers dating receptionists, etc, which one makes 2x-3x the other.

We're talking about modern day "successful", right? Not the 0.0001% Rockefeller, but the average successful director or VP of a company? Maybe a lawyer or doctor? Most aren't from ivy leagues.

OP's question was dating, not marrying. This is besides the point, but corp VPs sometimes marry barristas. Most people just don't know it because baristas become "art and craft shop owners" and "stay at home moms" after marriage.

I think most of the time, men would love to be taken care of by a "successfuly woman", the way corporate VPs take care of cashier or barista, while the barista protects her own ego by claiming "independent strong woman". (Edit: OP said date, and not marry. Also VPs dating cashiers may be a bit extreme, the more realistic example would be corp managers/directors/VPs, dating designers/teachers/(lower level) nurses, which one makes 2x-3x the other.) The problem is that few women want to be the prov…

Divorce is only a threat if he has significantly more income or net worth, or there are children involved. If none of those things are true, divorce isn't a crippling financial event.

Maybe we just know diff types of RP'ers?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/25 11:01 PM
3

I have acknowledged 1+1=2 almost my entire life, and will reference it once in a while when needed, never harped on it or complained about it. This is true for most RP'ers about men vs women.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/25 10:28 PM
2

That is correct - men have to work harder self-improving to attract women than vice-versa. Now that we accept that fact, we go do our self-improvement work so we increase our changes to attracting women, what's there to complain about? Or do you simply equate acknowledging that fact as "complaining"?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/25 09:48 PM
1

Most RP ment don't complain, we understand it's human nature. Things I'm attracted to are also "shalow". And yes, finding what women are attracted to and basing their self-improvement to become that does make total sense. Those who self-improve and those who complain are two totally separate groups.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/04/25 09:42 PM
3

It's not approval, it's attraction. RP has a set of beliefs on what the women they want are attracted to, and works on self-improvement to be that. Seems like the logical thing to do.

That's like saying "nobody should buy X until most sellers drop their prices". It's a market, you're always competing with other buyers who're willing to buy if the price is right and the value is decent, and their price/value meter may be different from yours. Most markets are at equilibrium, people adjust their behavior until things reach equilibrium, include dating. If some men walked away and women are in weakened bargaining positions, they'd naturally drop their standards/requirements until…

Misleading title. Men already don't have "reproductive rights". For men to reproduce, they need to convince a woman to reproduce with him, and hope the woman doesn't cancel the pregnancy (in most states). All the bullet points have nothing to do with the "rights to reproduce".

Most women don't actually believe that you're obligated to date single moms. Your roommate tried to emotionally bully you into "making the world a better place" for her selfish needs knowing it's a bad deal for you. Imagine the ridiculousness if you tried to bully any woman into thinking she's obligated to put out against her own desires. Also, some roommates are suited to be friends that you'd have drinks and hang out with. Others are suited for splitting rent while keeping things light and ple…

OP may not understand what makes men attractive to women. Unlike women's attractiveness, which is 90% physical, men's attractive is more comprehensive. Confidence, humor, (display of) wealth, leadership qualities, respect of others (social proof), etc, all goes towards a man's attractiveness. It's hard to quantify how much looks matter, but I'd say 40% max comparing to the 90% vice-versa.

Your whole rebuttal was "if that dude is beta, how is he getting sex without committing? Don't beta males have to commit relationships first before obtaining sex based on your beliefs? Your views rebutted!". Spectrums of alpha vs beta (cringe terms). The "average guy" can obtain sex by hinting relationships via going on many dates with the same girl, acting "dad vibes", etc without actually committing to a relationship. That's what OP was referring to.

We may have different definitions of what's red pill vs blue pill. A lot of everything you described, actually are extremely agreed upon by the PUA/Red Pill communities. Appreciate your insights. What type of things did Ed say that was killing his game? Were you able to hear it in a loud bar? For the same reasons, if a guy lacks successful friends, would you recommend every unsuccessful guy hiring a dating couch or a "PUA couch" (as cringy as that sounds)?

I think before online dating was popular, in major cities, that's just what men did. There wasn't a "art/science" behind it like the PUA groups. It was the most natural/normal thing for them, the mentality was like "If I'm looking for food, I go to a grocery store. If I'm looking to meet new women, I go to a bar".

Well, yeah. But that's just like fishing - 99% of the time you don't catch a fish. But if you really like catching fish, you can increase your odds by getting better and fishing more often, and nothing is guaranteed. Nobody ever says "this is bullshit", it's just something we agree upon and move on and still continue fishing. I don't see attracting women as anything different.

While that's true, lots of things aren't directly connected to success, only increase the chance of it. IE "If you study STEM, you aren't guaranteed to graduate, and when you graduate, you aren't guaranteed to find a job (Dotcom crash with tech jobs), etc. RP is just a different view of looking at things, it's not a set of tactics that "works on the worst of women". We do generalize a lot of things, because without perfect information, the best is an educated guess. IE "this person has this attr…

Because looks is subjective (women to men), that's why there's such a disconnect on what "average" is. The stat mentioned is real. A dating site asked lots of women to rate each man's pics, 80% of men got "below average" in terms of ratings.

Same percentage towards a common goal isn't very equal when one partner is contributing the same percentage of a much higher number. It doesn't have to be "go broke to afford a lifestyle" - the lesser earning partner could make up for it by doing extra chores, proportional to actual money pooled, not percentage. You've repeated what you said at least 3 times as so have I, we're just talking in circles by now. Let's agree to disagree and move on.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/21 11:41 PM
1

Doesn't seem very equitable when one person is contributing significantly more in real dollars at 30% comparing to his partner's. Real rent is paid in real dollars, nobody cares whether your $1000 is 30% of our income or 100%. The only way that one person doesn't have power over another would be the lesser contributing partner to make up for it via household chores. And yes, 30% of a lesser number is in fact lesser.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/21 10:47 PM
1

Well he kinda is, by paying more for a house that they both live in. You can think of the diff of his payment and her payment to be "paying for her housework services" if that helps you rationalize payments.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/11/21 10:24 PM
1

It wouldn't be irrational at all. Why would anyone care about "percent of income" when your income has higher purchasing power? Real world goods and services are bought with real dollar values, not a percent of your income. While you think you'd be an irrational asshat, I wouldn't think you'd be - at least not specifically for that.

<<Because say one person makes 3x as much as their partner.>> Let's first make a distinction first between how much someone "makes" vs "contributes". Obviously if A makes 3x but only contributes as much as B and pockets the difference, house work should be 50/50. In your example. If A contributes 3x as B, I think it's perfectly fair that A has 2 more hours of free time due to higher contributions. B should realize that s/he is at a standard of living 4x the level of himself/herself alone, and co…

If you're talking about SAHM's, then like I said, 90/10 or 80/20. If you're talking about two working adults with different income levels, then house work should be done proportionally. Where in my statements did you get the "one partner sits on their ass after work" type strawman argument from?

If your perceived benefits are only financial or help around the house I would say you have bigger issues. I think I addressed exactly what you just said in my previous statement. Again, when you're talking about SAHM's, the income is 100/0. As I stated, "when the income ratio is 100/0, then house work ratio could be reasonable at 90/10 or 80/20.". You said "Equal hours total per day of paid and unpaid work". Sure it's easy to to say "Tit for tat type tallying in this regard doesn’t seem like a healthy way to go about it IMO" if you're the person benefitting from that logic. But when you're the one contributing more money into the relationship for no additional benefits, resentment goes both ways. If your partner was richer, what if your partner only contributed as much as you did into the relationship and pockets the remainder, then splits chores 50/50? Would you be okay with that?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 10:35 PM
1

Yeah, when the income ratio is 100/0, then house work ratio could be reasonable at 90/10 or 80/20. But when the income ratio is 66/33, I think it's perfectly fine that the house work ratio is 33/66. While I get your point about "equal hours", but if people contribute differently for the same hours, it should be considered accordingly. IE: If I make a meal in 15 minutes while you make a meal in 60 minutes, I shouldn't be making 4 meals to make it "fair". In case you didn't get the comparison, mon…

That would never work. So they both work 40 hour weeks, and then she does all the domestic work because he makes twice as much at the office? He's a piece of shit and she will come to hate him. Bad assumptions + strawman argument + name calling. A civil debate group may not be suited for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 09:55 PM

Sure who makes more doesn't matter, if they both contribute equally financially and the person making more pockets the difference. But if one person CONTRIBUTES more, it absolutely matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 09:45 PM
1

While no marriage you know functions healthily, I'm sure there're lots out there that does. Hours =/= hours if one person's hour can be traded for a lot more than the other person. If the marriage is "Well honey, even with your second shift I STILL contribute more economically" like you say, then the less earning person is experiencing a MUCH higher standard of living than his/her salary thanks to the partner, and definitely should contribute more in terms of housework in exchange.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/21 09:42 PM

I think men do their fair share of work around the home, if you define "fair share" as "if one person I pays more of the rent/mortgage/etc, it's fair that the other does more of the house-work".

I'd have a small group of friends who were semi-serious about it, and I went out 2x-3x per week to different bars, I could always find someone from that group of friends to go out with. We'd have a set route in the downtown of a small city, one bar after another after another. I'd average around 1-2 phone numbers per night, which 90% of them did not result into first date. In addition, I'd spam hundreds of girls on dati…

I don't think men are upset over this - I think it's just understood, that money is a part of a man's attractiveness. And youth and beauty is major part of a woman's. While some people may whine about either, but that's a small minority of loud voices. Most people just instinctively acknowledge it and move on. That's why men are (on average) more successful career wise, and makeup is such a huge industry.

<< However, for women, physical attractiveness can be influenced by non physical-means. Women can literally see a non-conventionally attractive man as genuinely physically attractive when they display qualities and personality traits that she is attracted to. >> Yes, it's pretty understood that female to male attractiveness is the "whole package", and not just conventional good looks. But the package seems to be fairly universal - All the "alpha traits" in the FAQs of this sub. It's debatable wh…

What about a guy who tells you interesting travel stories, or a guy with a really expensive car? Or a guy in expensive cloths? And again, it's the overall package that's attractive (including the round in a bar), him buying a round in a bar is probably the smallest display of wealth possible, I wouldn't expect most women to be attracted to a guy specifically for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 10:55 PM
1

Again, I agree. Wealth isn't the attraction trait, it's the display of wealth. A middle class guy buying a round at the bar is equally as attractive as a rich guy doing so.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 10:50 PM
1

By what I understand, wealth on its own isn't the alpha trait, but the display of wealth. IE: Pre-historically, it's saying "I have so much resources, that I get to waste it and still be able to feed everyone that's in my circle", and women are hard-wired to prefer that trait. In today's world, it means that having more 0's in my bank account isn't attractive to women. But buying everyone in a bar a round of drinks, or driving a Lamborghini is attractive. Status - Again, prehistoric trait, villa…

I can see the logic here. But can we at least agree that most women wouldn't get into a monogamous relationship with a man that they aren't attracted to, or wouldn't have sex with?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 10:34 PM
2

Of course not, women don't think like that. The alpha man are generally attractive to women "just because". Women don't consciously calculate "I'm attracted to the man because of these alpha traits". Similarly, I am not attracted to the pretty girls because of their "facial symmetry, hip to waste ratio, smooth skin, healthy hair, etc". I just look at a girl and know she's hot. Anyways, this conversation probably reached the "agree to disagree" stage, so I hope you have a good day.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 10:30 PM

Those things I listed are just alpha traits that are fairly universally attractive to women. This may go back to self rationalization - could it just be the flip side of "I can't get him to commit, therefore I wasn't attracted anyway"? IE: "This guy has a high probability of committing to me, therefore, he's attractive to me"? Back to the fox vs sour grapes example - the grapes that the fox is able to get, are "the sweetest grapes of all" according to the fox.

I agree, female to male attraction isn't purely looks. It's the whole package - looks, confidence, wealth, status, etc. Back to attraction mechanism - I agree, in today's world it's terrible for you and very unsafe. But it's an evolutionarily mechanism, we're hard-wired for it. Just like in today's world, it would be VERY easy for my life if I was attracted to women that nobody else wants, but my attraction mechanism isn't built that way. But I do understand that women tend to equate "comfort" w…

I try to be kind and use the word "rationalization" instead of "self lying". It's the classic sour grapes fable - fox can't reach the grapes, he believes "Didn't want the grapes anyway, it's probably sour". But specifically in your case - I don't think additional information affects how attractive they seem, at least not enough to tip a scale. Attraction is a primal instinct for humans to mate. Maybe you just haven't been truly attracted to someone for a very long time. And it makes sense, 90% o…

Right, exactly what I meant when I said " Woman can't get a relationship with the man she wanted: "I didn't like him anyway". You specifically want a relationship. But instead of understanding that "I'm attracted to this man, but I'm unable to have a relationship with him.". You rationalize it into "I can't have a relationship with this attractive man who doesn't want a relationship. He's romantically unattractive to me".

This is a debate forum, and for us to debate honestly, we would at least have an agreement on definitions of words. IE If we can't agree on what a "man" is, all other arguments are worthless.. There're some pretty set definition in this forum, we can assume that when we talk about a "high value man", we meant "sexual market value". I understand - I do notice women do a lot more rationalization in general. IE: Man can't have sex with the woman he wanted: "She's hot, but couldn't get her". Woman can't get a relationship with the man she wanted: "I didn't like him anyway".
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 09:18 PM
5

I will respectfully disagree - while I do believe that you consciously think that, I think if you find a man you're really attracted to, you'd "wanna be his girl", even if he can't cook, is messy, or has 100 other women throwing themselves at him, etc. In addition, there's always the "I can change him" thing once a woman is attracted.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 09:04 PM
13

Most people don't really consider that. Because it's fairly understood that the more sexual market value a man has, the more women want to be in a relationship with him. No matter how "relationship-bad" that man would be.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/21 08:50 PM
16

You may have a misunderstanding of what a "high value man" is. It's not "what his morality value is", it's "what is his value/worth in the sexual market". If lots of women desire a man, he's a high-value man. Regardless of whether you specifically consider him high value or not.

I think that's only online, your picture is the only thing that comes across online. I still believe that for men, combination of "whole package" attracts women. And being top 1% of any attractive attribute is equally as attractive as 1% height - whether that's social status, charm, confidence, wealth, etc.

I think the diff with men, is that our clocks tick longer. "when it comes time to settle down" may not always happen, we always have the option to keep playing the field. We aren't biologically driven to "settle down" at certain ages, and we can be attractive (confidence, wealth, etc) for a lot longer time.

I think men care about your career slightly less than you care about a guy's looks. As in unless I'm in the top 10% or bottom 10% of looks, you will be fairly indifferent about my looks and judge me on a bunch of other things.

Don't ask men about what we want, this isn't beneficial to you. I'd never ask a woman how to attract them. "If you want to learn how to catch fish, don't ask the fish. Observe the fish, and ask the experienced fisherman". Figure out what you want in life, and ask those people who have it. IE: If you want the "sex and the city" lifestyle, then ask a woman who lives that. If you want a "American Dream" type life, find a girl woman who does it and see what they do.

This is more of "Women like men who are preselected by other women, and it makes them feel good to achieve that type of man". She mental-gymnastic'ed her way into believing you are that man - "Of course my friends are with me because they want to be close to that man I have"
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/20 10:27 PM

You being significant better than all his other choices would make him want you. Fear of losing you would make him commit to you over playing the field. Also, while men are hard-wired to spread our seeds, we also are hard-wired to not want other men fucking the women we're fucking. Your commitment to a man will also help generate a commitment from him to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/20 11:48 PM

Men want sex, women want committed relationships. They make a transaction. If you want to talk in terms of rewards, women "reward" men's commitment (relationship) with sex, men "reward" women's sex with commitment. Obviously we're a mature group, things like "in general", and "not all women" and "yes they both desire both things, but they want one more than the other" do not need to be said.

<<Then why isn't a universally attractive thing on males? >> I assumed we're talking about females. Because evolutionary, males served to "provide and protect" while females served to "reproduce". Male attractiveness traits are mostly signs for ability to provide and protect, such as height (seeing wilderbeasts coming sooner), muscles. Well, yeah.....what's attractive to women is VERY different from what's attractive to men. I agree that most men are unremarkable looking. There's even a study that indicates that most women believe 80% of men are "below average" in terms of looks. But men differ in status/confidence/wealth/ambition/etc, and it's pretty established that THOSE are the things women are attracted to, much more than a man's looks. Sure, but most men are hard-wired to sleep with lots of new women, while society discourages that. If you choose to follow your hard-wire instincts, TRP is one of the most efficient resources for achieving that, excluding prostitutes. But I'd agree with you, following your hard-wire biological urges aren't necessary, and some are manipulative, depending on the route you choose to take.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/20 07:25 PM

It's just a metaphor for the type of relationship - plates are harder to start spinning, while they start spinning, they are easier to maintain, and you can't spin too many plates without them dropping. The metaphor just continues calling women "plates" and calling your actions "spinning", etc. Nobody actually believes women are actual dinnerware.

You assume non-Asian girls will have better English, therefore unapproachable? You hamster your way into thinking "I just like Asian girls" and "I like everything Asian" to feel better about it? One of my current acquiescence does that. PS, he's…

In situations where she's being more difficult than she's worth, or more difficult than it is to approach/find another girl. Attentive girl > girl you haven't approached yet > difficult girl The last group should get "soft next" because then 2nd group is infinite. If she comes back for you and you think she moved to first group, then that works out for you. If not, again, 2nd group is infinite.

45 hours a week isn't all that bad, most full-time jobs are pretty much the same. In my experiences, most people who worry about "missing out" are usually bored with life. My recommendations: Find your interests via meetup groups, and attend some of those. This goes double for "causes" you care about, having a purpose in life works wonders against boredom. Spam the shit out of online dating sites, spend 30-60 minutes a day doing it, see how many dates a week you can line up. If you do #2 and sti…

She moved to DC with me and when I lost my job and got one there, and she moved again to California because I wanted to be here. Decent professional job in an area with lots of jobs. Not super "successful", but been a marketing manager forever. Not sure if I have the "drive" to advance my career, decent steady paycheck to support a pretty good life.

If you want to be courteous, tell them that you have a conflict that day (assuming outside of school hours). And no amount of them trying to change your mind will work. "Nope, can't reschedule my event, sorry". "Nope, this isnt' a request for permission, this is me notifying you that I won't go". If they have a Email / phone contact, do that. It's easier to say "no" over Email or phone. If the event is after graduation and you'll never see them again, just don't go. What're they gonna do? Find y…

I'd be kinda surprised that a very good looking man has "negative charisma". Was he just shy and doesn't talk to anyone, and when he does talk it becomes awkward? Or are you imagining the "asshole" type, where you think it's bad charisma, but in reality it's very attractive to women?
/r/askTRP02/05/17 09:47 PM

Men's attractiveness is a very "holistic" thing, and resources is just one of them. Other ones including looks, confidence, charisma, social status, etc. While you out-perform in one aspect, you may lose out on others.

It's a shit test, and her attempt to flirt. If she didn't like you, she would've just rolled her eyes and moved on. Smile, say "thanks for the offer", take the cig from her and take a drag (and don't inhale if you don't smoke). This would also be a compliance test from your part - seeing if she willingly gives up the cig as you take it. If she does, it's a good sign.

No such thing as "girl code", they just don't like you enough. Maybe she liked you when her friend was dating you, almost like "other kid's toy" mentality. Keep being friendly with her, keep gaming other girls, run the same game you normally do, go from there.

Basic supply and demand - women have a lot more options online than men do, therefore you have to do all the work in the initial conversation until she gets a little more invested, and you differentiate yourself from her other 100 options.

Semi-related story: Asked a girl to "meet up for a drink" (1st date), She showed up with a male friend. He did sit at the bar while we sat at the table. TRP is a belief, on how things and people work. It's an "awakening" that Hollywood's version isn't really true, and this is what human nature is really about. PUA/Seduction is a subset of TRP, specifically about how to interact with women to get the results you want to get.

Because men can compartment sex and the rest of his life, women can't. Men can cheat and still love / cherish his wife. Same cannot be said about women. Evolutionarily, men trade resources for women's bodies. That's why it hurts men most when women have physical affairs (unknown sharing of her body). You think both genders are equally likely to do different shitty behaviors? You dont' think one gender nags more than the other, or one gender is more likely to get drunk and into a fist fight than the other? In TRP, we care about statistics and averages and likeliness vs non-likeliness. We do not care about "this one time" or "I've seen multiple times" arguments. Sure, but women are not hard-wired to have casual sex. They're hard-wired to have commitment from the best guy they can find. You "using him" like that is kinda against women's nature. All guys want casual sex without commitment, all guys want casual sex with multiple women, it's hard wired in our systems. Is that what you mean by "plating you"? Of course women can get casual sex easier. Biologically, men are hard-wired to spread their seeds to many women, women are hard-wired to select the fittest seed from the best men. Women are a lot more discriminating than men when it comes to sex. Socially, men trade commitment in exchange for women's bodies, and vice versa. Almost every man would be willing to have women's bodies without commitment, which is what casual sex is.

You can be both. MGTOW doesn't mean "Virgin-TOW", it just means you have your own purpose in life. You stop worshiping women, but it doesn't prevent you from living the best life you can, and having women in your life, on your terms. I'd never call myself a MGTOW, but I have a live-in gf for 7 years, she moved to 2 diff major cities across the US with me because I wanted to be there. I'll never get married because we already live the married life and I have nothing to gain from signing a gov't d…

Yeah, totally changing your personality will be strange to people. Also don't take any of the tactics too literally, any tactics taken to the extreme are "clownish". For example, simple rule: Be Alpha. Music stars with lots of women chasing them, Alpha. Rappers who go out of their way to show off how alpha they are, those guys are clowns.

Get additional knowledge by reading additional material, sidebar is a good compilation. Spam lots of women on dating sites, see which ones respond. Don't be too discriminatory on their looks to start, you want to build up some experience on how to talk to them, think of ugly girls as "training wheels". Also at your age, few girls are truly ugly. Dating sites - spam the shit outta free ones and see who responds. People who don't go to your school have no concept of your social status. Cold approaches - "tried before and fucked up" is universal, you need to try at least 5-20 before having some positive results. I've approached 500+ women and I still "fuck up" 3 out of 4 approaches.

Erase the concept of "fairness" from your brain, TRP teaches what's "real world" and not what's "ideal" or "should be" or "fair". Guy did dumb stuff, got fired eventually. Girl tattled, you should (anonymously) tell guy who tattled and maybe with some proof if you have it, to punish tattler. I also don't like tattlers and would like to see bad things happen to them.

Shit tests. Learn to pass them. Also learn smoother transitions from date to home - those comments occur probably because there's too much "friction" during that step. Example 1: Date is a couple of drinks. During a high note: "I just acquired a great piece of art, I'm gonna show you after this drink". Afterwards, don't make a big deal of it, just put her in the car and start driving like it's the most natural thing to do. Example 2: During any activity: "Have you ever had wine that's not made f…

I'm not in HVAC, I have an office job, I have a few friends who do HAVC and other trades. Their job is definitely tougher than mine from a physical perspective. But personality wise, I dont' think of them as any "tougher" than I am. I usually suggest trades for any able bodied men who don't want to go to the college route. He probably knows nothing about any tools now, but I assume he can learn. Assuming he's not stupid, he can be an apprentice and pick that up pretty quickly.

While I don't think trades are just something you can jump into because of short term life issues, I do believe they're good options for people who don't want to go the college route. It will be hard. And the comment about being Indian - if he doesn't go to school and takes a trade, he's already doing something non-stereotypical. There's no reason he can't succeed in trades.

Most people get off around 5-6pm, and have 5 hours of free time to themselves after work. Lifting usually takes 1-2 hours, dinner can be 15 minutes in front of the TV. Given that, you should still have 3 hours to yourself after work everyday. I personally don't lift, get off work at 5PM, and my commute's around 40 minutes. I have around 5-6 hours of "do whatever I want time" every day after work.

Besides the getting a reaction out of you, women do this "projection" thing. They're subconsciously attracted to men who other women like (preselection), so they subconsciously assume that by subcommunciating preselection, she'll raise her "Value" (SMV) in your eyes. It's the same thing when they brag about being "independent and confident". Unfortunately, few people understand projection, and lots of people do it. The other explanation would be now you're a "serious contender", so the girl has to behave like she's actually being hit on - the whole deal with approaching, dealing w/ unfriendly girls sometimes, etc. Maybe before, your SMV was so much lower than hers, that she risks nothing by being friendly because she was so out of your league, and you both knew it - almost like Beyonce being friendly when being approached by a fan, but has a higher bitch shield when approached by a "real contender".

By being more "outgoing" than you naturally are. Be more outgoing, talk louder in a controlled way, especially in a circle of chit-chatting people, leaning back when someone can't hear you so they come closer to you, instead of leaning in to be more considerate to them. Try to remember a few can'ed jokes, stories, or interesting things to talk about when your charisma "runs out" and you feel yourself getting boring, and try to naturally bridge the conversation into that, etc.

Women do not "date down". We just judge attractiveness (SMV) differently. Women's SMV is mostly in her looks. Men's is his whole package, which includes looks, confidence, leadership qualities, wealth, social status, etc. In terms of SMV: plain looking male CEO = hot female supermodel; Manager of a Walmart = cute cashier So yeah, women do not "date down" at all - there's even a theory that women try to "date up", that's why you have the phenomenon of (exaggerated) 90% of women all going after th…

Yeah, I can see "mainstream views" today that the woman's body is sacred while the flip side is "just money". But evolutionarily, that's always been what each gender brought into a sexual relationship. From that point of view, the comparison becomes a little more apparent.

It's not a poor analogy if you believe in the red pill belief of "men's material resources <> women's reproductive/sexual resources". But no, it's not "rape" in the traditional definition of the word. But then again, very few things are outside of forced P in V.

The whole phrase came from the evolution concept: Women provided their bodies (child bearing, sexual pleasure, etc) while men provided resources. "Rape" in the traditional sense was the woman unwillingly and was forced to "contribute" her part without the the long-term resources as repayment. Men forced to give away lots of money without the repayment of a woman's body is just the mirror image of that.
