Heyall, new to TRP
I visited once, a long time ago, when I was very much blue pill. I wasn't ready for it at the time. I was repulsed, "How could people think this is okay?". I thought it was a bunch of misogynistic bros stroking eachother. Now, revisiting, I've arrived with a different set of eyes. I understand that these theories and practices can lead to true freedom, not just with women, but life in general. I've been going about 24 years on this earth without a proper male role model, only influenced by what I was exposed to by society (seriously lacking a positive male image).
I recognize this, and realize that I've been just fumbling blindly through my encounters with women, much to my detriment. Looking to change that. My physique is getting better, I've got a great job, I'm pretty intelligent, and I know I can be charming when I'm in control (the part I'm here for). Things are generally looking up for me in life and I'd like to transfer that to my experiences with women.
A lot of what I'm reading on here is dating/social advice, but I'm curious about HOW we got here in the first place. The Red Pill THEORY itself, what led to it's creation. What happened to the stoic image of man that our civilization held up until about 50 or so years ago? I'm hoping someone could provide me with some objective information/sources on the matter from a sociological stand point. I feel like I would grasp the red pill theory better if I understood what happened to us as a society that makes TRP necessary?
