Just some random thoughts here, it's late at night. It's a huge topic.

Alpha is a confident leader. Now, you can be a general commanding an army or a gang leader. Same idea, very different approaches.

Confidence comes from knowledge and experience, not faking it. So get those. Track your successes and notice them, celebrate them.

Inside and outside elements.

Neat haircut (every 3 weeks), neat clothes. Straight back, walk tall. Stylish clothes.

Read books on leadership. Army manuals are open source and give you basics. You must lead yourself first before trying to lead others.

Learn basics of decision making and risk management. There are online courses for that, it will help you make good decisions.

When talking, get used to finishing sentences with a downward inflection. Speak so that your chest resonates, not your nasal cavity.

Learn public speaking. Learn etiquette and basics of wine pairing. Learn dancing, like actual classes. Self defense.

This will give you confidence in many situations.

There actually are courses on leadership, that's business on military school. There is a huge torrent of materials on leadership from Harvard Business School somewhere.

You always have to be the AMOG, whatever it takes. A friend is bragging about how he won a fight? Punch him in the face and say it doesn't matter 'cause you just kicked his ass. You see a guy flexing in the gym? Go infront of him and stare him down.

That's good examples of how to become the alpha.

Start with what makes you think your not. Look up how to changes those things, if they aren’t for you. Then, man the fuck of and get some confidence. As a girl, trait when I say, the last thing we think of is: is this guys and Alpha. We are attracted to confident men.

Mindset. Alpha is primarily a mindset that must be acted upon. From my latest post...

alpha is a mindset. You, what you want to do, and what you want to accomplish should be the only things on your mind. Don't give your mind and mental space away to people who are not truly worth it.

Put yourself first and always keep yourself in mind. Alpha means "first." So, alpha male translates into "first male."

Through life experience. You can fake it to a point so you know what it looks/feels like ala what some PUAs do but it's a pale imitation and just cosplaying

If you're expecting some quick fix, tutorial or silver bullet on how to be alpha you're going to be disappointed.

Alphas are very common in the military and business, you think they watched a video or read a tutorial on how to be alpha?

Think about that.
