How does one simultaneously approach women and maintain frame/abundance mentality?

Because you're outcome independent. If it's a positive interaction that's great because that's what you want. If it's a negative interaction it doesn't matter because she's just another girl.

Your outcome independence is what frames the abundance mentality.

Tease her. Nothing shows outcome independence and abundance mentality like teasing.

First, you don't put her on the pedestal like any other chump, second it's fun and she likes it.

Generally speaking, if a man wants to interact with a woman, he must be the one to initiate the interaction.

This is assuming you don't exist as part of a shared, larger social context - such as shared living environment, social club, organization, etc. The lack of context is highlighting your individual motivations for creating this interaction in opposition to the normal flow of events. So your motivation becomes all important.

How does a man navigate this paradox?

If the core motivation is need, then generally speaking, you will go out as a beggar. What do you feel when you see a beautiful, attractive woman? Do you feel need, or do you feel at ease in yourself?

If you feel need, then the emotional tone will be a person in need, reaching out for help. Yet without the humbleness to admit it or own it, or the honestly (it would be a brutal honesty) to directly state what they are in need of.

If you feel at ease, and playful, in the presence of the woman, then that tone would fill the interaction. Why would a playful man without sexual needs be approaching random people in the street?

I think one best navigates this paradox by being crushed into inwardness by it.

You don't enter your frame, you are your frame and you carry it into her space as you approach.

You seek to add her to your abundance. Before you have abundance you are seeking abundance. Maintain that you do not require or need abundance, you WANT it but can do just fine WITHOUT it.
