Lifting changed my life. I lifted, my body changed, I became more muscular. Now in my thirties I have money and I’m muscular.

I would say it took me a while to mature. I have a better mind set and a great body to match.

Forget getting laid, I’m happier with my life in general. Call it cope if you want, but I’m sick of visiting .co and reading self defeating crap.

It helps a lot but I wouldn't say it's completely life changing.

There's definitely benefits - people respect you more, it builds discipline and of course girls will eye you up like a piece of meat.

But if your expecting to develop rock solid frame and alpha mindset from lifting alone, ain't gonna happen.

Hard to say when it made any significant change because I have been lifting for so long.

Im 27. Been lifting since I was 14.

Its something I just do. Like eating or sleeping. Its that ingrained into my life that its completely normal to do.

The iron has always been there for me during lifes ups and downs.

Lifting didnt really change my life because I have been lifting since the age of 16 and I'm now 34 so most of my adult life I have been in shape. In short, lifting has given me a purpose. It has kept me healthy mentally and physically. Got me attention from women and respect from men. Keep lifting and never stop!
