I'm talking about girls from classic cold approaches.

I'm 19 and earlier I didn't understand why I have to spend my money on someone(now I see that I thought this way because I was insecure about my financial status(I'm completely dependent on my parents money, although now I have very good career prospects and it's just a matter of time when I have top salary in my city). I know for sure, that I wont spent any money from my parents to girls and invest the money in me instead.

But I understand, that this very cheap things like coffee, ice cream or something like this can eliminate the weird wibe of splitting the 2$ bill.

I just want to now from you guys how much do you spend on plate? Do you insist on splitting even the cheapest bill or pay for the girl ice cream/coffee/sandwich?

I just don't get the thing. Someone writes "Don't buy drinks" another one write that alpha is financially secure and its not a problem for him to pay for girl on a date. Shade some light, please.
