How not to be boring?

I get most stuff red pill. But what I havent been able to fix, is my abbility to bore people. I dont know if its what I say, the themes, ormaybe how I say it. But I always can litteraly feel how they slowly lose interest in the conversation. What are the core key things that keeps things interesting.
