I work in an office with a lot of post wall, mostly 40-50+ year old women. It's mostly married women with kids. I'm one of the youngest employees there, 27. I don't have much opportunity for promotion there but it's a decent job. My job is a pretty social one and involves interacting with everyone.

I've befriended several of the ladies before I found TRP. Mostly just small talk and general conversation.

There's a newish 40 something year old MILF who I chat with often. She's easily an 8 on the milf scale. Looks 10-15 years younger than she is, and acts like it too. She's divorced with a few kids.

She's told me that she probably won't date again or remarry again, but sometimes she gets lonely and wants someone to do stuff with. Hmmmm...

Recently she gave me a free couch she had in storage to put in my apartment. She started texting me some after that, just having casual conversation. We laugh and joke a lot.

She's not overly flirty, but I definitely get the vibe that she likes me. At least talking to me. I don't flirt too heavy since she's a coworker but we both give subtle IOI's

I'm in the middle of monk mode, but I find myself gravitating toward this woman because she's hot and I've always wanted to bag an older broad.

The last thing I want to do is orbit this chick, but I feel like I'm headed in that direction unless I actually make a move or cut most contact with her.

My scarcity has me leaning blue pill in this situation and I know skeeting where you eat is not ideal.

I'm just wondering if i should turn down advances if they escalate to that point or could it be worthwhile considering the average age at work and my job security(I'm well liked and get shit done). I.e. Not a huge risk...compared to some work environments.
