There's a girl in my class who always sits next to me and we make eye contact a lot and so I thought she was kinda interested, but just shy.

Anyways I try to talk to her and start a conversation by asking questions about the class and from she just didn't seem so interested in me... but she'll talk to other guys just fine.

I know it's not technically a rejection, but if her response is anything less than enthused, I probably shouldn't waste my time right?

Should I just keep sitting next to her like nothing happened? I was thinking of just sitting by myself in the front row so that maybe I could just concentrate more on the class, but I also feel like it makes me look really butt hurt. What do you do in these kind of situations if you still have to see them?
