I miraculously lose 8 hours, don't even know where they go. What do you do, burger king?

Honestly there is no right or wrong way to do it. Tell her or don't tell her. I work a trade so I love marketing what I do and everything I can do.

I have a high-profile job as well.

Since my clients are typically older, I usually say that I "stalk old people".

after she laughs, turn it around and pick something about your job that you're passionate about, and explain why it makes you feel fulfilled.

Now you've hit her with two emotions without giving too much information about your company or position.

There's a few ways of doing it, you could be flippant about it, and then if they ask you questions continuously, they are looking at you like a beta bucks dinner special.

In this case you have a choice, go the BB route, and pump and dump after a couple of dates, or talk to someone else. Of course do this after giving the "I had fun last night" text to protect yourself from False Rape Accusations

I'm usually straight about it, although I just say something like HR and move on. I don't care about being flippant with small talk stuff. Some girls who are looking for BB's will continue asking about your job, "What company do you work for?" [Red Flag #1] "What's your schedule like" {Red Flag #2} "How much do you make?"(Rarely happens but this red flag is the king of them all. . .even bloopers recognize this one)

But yeah, I put women like this in the pump and dump territory.

Women who REALLY like you, wont even ask this.

Jesus. Just don't be boring. It's not an interview, it should be fun. Plus, not responding like a chump to all her questions somberly and seriously shows you are in control of the conversation... not her.

Plus, nobody gives a shit what you do, it's filler/small talk. The only ones that care about your career are goldiggers and whores.
