Look into meditation. Acknowledge the chatter your brain is feeding you, but don't feed off of it.

How do you put this knowledge to use?

By living it. Knowledge is only so useful as the one wielding it. Simply knowing will give you nothing. You have to understand it completely, be able to apply it to a different situation (as in gaming women for sex vs. gaming your boss for a higher salary) and break it down to bolts and screws - then put it back together.

It just has to click and that, depending on how deep you're striving to go and external factors limiting you at your current level, may come sooner or later. It'll sink in after you've been connecting the dots for a while.

After all, there's no way a beautiful painting of a lakeside cabin in late summertime is gonna jump at you after the first stroke of the brush.

Get out there and do it. Reading is fine but you'll never improve until you actually get out there and learn how it all works via trial & error.

TRP is something where you improve by failing, because you learn.

I noticed I was most fearful before I accepted Red Pill knowledge as the nature of women versus a cruel abusive machinations by the female gender.

TRP reveals the worst of women and now you just have to swallow that this is how they are and manage yourself accordingly.

Most are emotional, opportunistic, caught up in the moment ,self-serving , and not very introspective not because they want to be just because they are.

Go forth knowing the worst about them but enjoying the best of them their beauty. Their company if th eir fun. How magical they will make you feel in those fun intimate moments but always remember your relationship(glass) is already broken so that when Things change you're prepared.

Work on all aspects of your life, health career, style.

While taking every opportunity there is, and seeking opportunities to speak to women.

Reading some of this stuff is pretty depressing but having everyone you walk past stare at the woman you are with is definitely not, especially when you start to really be divorced from the outcome of the date because you have several other's lined up or know you can find others (relatively) easily.
