Hey guys, been redpill for a while now however right now it has come to my attention that I’m not quite a good leader and I want to improve that.

I am more laid back when things don’t spark my interest, but I can be the first to lead when a project quench my thirst on my craft and/or knowledge.

Example: When there’s a trip, people invite me but generally they have arranged everything and didn’t ask me about my opinion, things are different when I play on my band or doing an event on music.

I have read some books on the matter, including: - 48 laws of power - how to influence people - Games people play - Extreme Ownership - Art of War

However since I am more of a laid back style of leadership, people don’t always follow me, so I end up doing things on my own. Maybe it’s my concept that “in order to be a great leader you have to be a follower first” this is particularly true in new social groups where you haven’t earned respect/your place.

I believe as well in people following you because they want to instead of inspiring fear.

If you have some tips on how to improve this, it will be great.

TL;DR: Tips to improve leadership
