You basically need to just do enough approaching you lose that anxiety that keeps you from being yourself. In college I would go out with a buddy and he'd pick out any girl and challenge me to get their phone number. After awhile you'll lose the fear of rejection and be much more comfortable speaking with strange women. Just lightly flirt and tell them you've gotta run but you want to continue the conversation, what's your number. It only needs to work 10% of the time to get you laid regularly.

Slowly drink less over time.

Drink half as much and be twice as aggressive.

Then a third as much and three times.

Then nothing.

Work your way up, your issue is most likely over thinking, approach daily to aid in the process, and don't give yourself enough time to have second thoughts when you see a person you want to bang. You'll get there bro.
