Ultimately it stems from a perceived inadequacy you feel that you have. What that perceived flaw is? I have no idea, you’ll have to do some introspection to identify this problem.

Once you do, your next step is to determine whether or not your notion is a reasonable fear or not. If so you need to take steps to fix it, if not you’ll have to stop being so self conscious.

Usually people who over share information or subconsciously doing so in order to seek approvals from others. They feel like the only way to win someone over is through information overload of their own personal information because on their mind no one would like them as is.

You could also just be a talkative fuck, which in that case you’ll have to diminish your talking by a lot.
