Phenibut is a strong supplement that could help you open up more. It isn’t illegal in the US or SA so you should be okay to travel with it.

There’s a whole other subreddit about it. It can have its downsides too but look into if you’d like.

Be genuinely interested in what others are saying. Don't focus on what to say next--the goal isn't to just talk, it's to find out new things about each other and talk about common interests and share laughs and whatnot.
