The point of going to the gym for me is looking bigger not getting stronger (for ur question:"how do i increase weights?"). So i focus on slow and steady reps where i fully feel the muscles burn hard asf. So u shouldnt worry about increasing weights. What i do tho is start with less weights then go heavier and heavier.
