So, I just came out of a relationship with a girl. It started off really well, but at the end she just wasn't that into me.

This was due (I think) to a multitude of factors:

  • her friends wanted her to be single ("you're young why do you want a bf", also none of them had bf's)
  • she got called a slut/autistically yelled at by a beta orbiter at a party which I wasnt at for dating me (I was a few years older)
  • her mother disapproved, wouldn't let her see me
  • we didn't see each other for about 4 weeks, all tingles gone

All these things culminated to her losing all attraction for me. When I sensed she was distant, I broke things off with her which she seemed to want me to do.

My logic is, if the girl likes you she'll find a way. But when other external forces out of your control make her question her attraction, what can you do to improve your chances? Or is that part of the whole "life's unfair" mantra.

I understand "be MORE attractive", which is what I tried to do; but circumstances meant I couldn't see her as often as I'd liked, and tbh I'm not sure how to build attraction (or regain lost, decaying attraction) when I can't see her in person.

Cheers
