You are doing the right thing dude, for both you and her. She'll gain experience and build confidence, and given your age, soon enough she'll have strong abundance mentality.
The same works for you. You're not in an age to settle and become exclusive, you need to root abundance in yourself and learn how to handle chicks so in the future, if you chose to, you can be a decent partner.

Before the talk break up:

Make up your mind, certainty about doing the right thing is your only friend during the conversation;
IF you feel like giving her explanations, for instance, telling her her neediness is becoming an issue, letting her know you need time and space to develop, (etc), you do it in before the talk;
You don't give her a heads up. You don't tell her "we need to talk", you don't act distant (this might be hard to conciliate with the above). She's already insecure, don't afflict the afflicted!;
If you didn't pick many girls besides her, it's worth taking a look at PUA, so you can rest assured you'll handle yourself after breaking up.

The conversation:

It's meant to be done in person to preserve your good name (not doing it in person is seriously damaging, it's a strong taboo), and in a place where she might reach for support as soon as possible. Her house is ideal;
It's meant to be QUICK;
There has to be a reason, or you'll put her hamster in overdrive and increase the drama. The reason you give has to be VAGUE because she can't figure out a solution at the spot. Just pick a standard excuse;
It is not the time to tell her what she did wrong. Neither to reinstate something you said before;
It's not about "us", it's not about what she did wrong.
"I'm not ready for living with someone now, we moved on too fast. It's better to break up now before it gets even more confusing. I'll leave, we both need some space and time now."

After it:

No need to block and ghost, but answer anything with "we need to give each other space now";
No shame in ghosting if she starts pressuring and talking too much;
Pick up another chick asap.

Just say "Look. This relationship isn't what I was looking for. I'm breaking up." If she insists on a reason, tell her what you told us about her being too needy and trying to tame you, shaming you for stupid shit, and projecting her insecurities onto you and your sex life.

But you were gonna move in together after six months? Bro. In the future, don't make plans like that. You're not even too far out of that honeymoon stage. Give it at least a year next time before you even entertain the idea of moving in with someone.

Do it at her place preferably, so you can get anything of yours that might be there, and so you can leave the situation.

Dont give her room to explain, and dont tell her you're breaking up over her flaws. She'll just try to suck your dick and promise to change.

Tell her you've grown apart, and you want more freedom in your life. Make it about you wanting to be single, and not about her.

Be firm. Dont fall for her tears. Leave, and don't look back. She'll be fine.
