Think about all the possible options you have, your hobbies, your personal goals, etc. In order to that, make sure you have an interesting life/goals you're pursuing.

Then stop being so invested. Put more space between you two. Do other things, meet with other people, dont let your life revolve around that one relationship. Worst case scenario? You beeak up and you move on.

If you wanna change your frame she will test it for sure. Focus on yourself hobbies, goals ... She might even use dread game as shit test if you give her less attention/validation. In addition shit tests are good for you tho because she wouldnt test somone that she wouldnt consider worth to fuk / stay with.

Always be ready to walk away. Use push&pull in your situation. I guess that you pedestalized her so start with more pushing than pulling.

Back to your question, thinking about it is the right way since you recognised that you have been too invested into her and want to change that.
